Storm Meadows B413, brought to you by Mountain Vacation Lodging, just underwent a massive remodel in the fall of 2022. It is a penthouse level, true ski in/out condo, with panoramic ski slope views from all rooms.  Guests will enjoy everything this newly remodeled unit has to offer, from upscale kitchen appliances, to brand new beds/bedding, fresh carpet, ceiling fans, a dedicated office space, new HD SmartTV’s and a versatile bedding set up. The Storm Meadows Club complex has a heated pool open in winter and summer, an extra large hot tub, locker rooms with saunas and showers, a full fitness center, and a tennis court with stunning mountain views. If guests don't want to use the ski in/out access, there is a dedicated winter shuttle to take guests to and from the Gondola Transit Center during the day.  From there guests can either quickly walk to Ski Time Square/Gondola Square or they can hop on the free Steamboat Springs Transit to take them most places in Steamboat.

-- Lifts:  Ski in/ski out on the beginner level Right O Way trail, which runs from the Thunderhead Express lift straight down to the Gondola.  This is a main artery for the ski area and it is groomed nightly.  The development has a ski in access trail that veers off the Right O Way trail about 100-200 yards uphill from the building, which means that your ski in access coming home is almost flat, and easy enough for beginners.  The ski out is gentle enough for a snow plow wedge technique, and easy enough to walk down if you prefer.  
-- Town: The unit is about 4 miles from downtown Steamboat Springs.  The base area is a walk away if you feel comfortable walking on the snow of a green run. 
– Shuttle: The development has a free daytime private shuttle (ski season only) that will take you to and from the Gondola Transit Center.  From the Gondola Transit Center guests can catch a free bus to almost anywhere in Steamboat. Reach out to our agents for more details. 
-- Views:  Incredible views, from all rooms, of the ski area to the east and southeast as well as southern views across the Yampa Valley all the way to the Flat tops Wilderness area.  This unit offers a prime viewing spot for fireworks displays that are launched from the top of the ski trails right out your window.  

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
– Accessing the Property –  Accessing this property does not require any stairs.  Just walk right into the building, take the elevator up, and walk inside.  The condo is laid out on one level and there are no stairs at the ski in ski out access either.  The only place you might need to go up stairs is in the clubhouse, from the lower level of the locker rooms up to the fitness center and tennis court.  Everything else at the amenity center is on one level. Private heated ski storage is located on the ground level.
– Parking – Parking is an outdoor lot.  Spaces are not assigned and available free for owners and guests.  Parking permit(s) are provided in the condo.  Trailers are not allowed per HOA rules.  If you will have one, please contact us to discuss off site options for overnight parking. 
– 4WD vehicle information – 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions

** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended.  For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on.  If you are booking for a lengthy stay, please contact us before booking online to discuss your group, your dates, the rates, the cleaning schedule, etc. 
** Security Camera Disclosure - Please note that security cameras may exist on the exterior of the home. Cameras are positioned to cover entrances and exits of the home, including the interior of the garage. Cameras are present to ensure the home remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the home. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect the value and quality of this home, this is not the place for you, and you should not bother booking the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these measures are necessary.  Security cameras are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains in good condition, for your benefit.
